Access to Care
Your health is our priority
Remaining vigilant during the COVID-19 pandemic is essential. While physical distancing is important, addressing your urgent health concerns is a priority, whether it's in your doctor's office, a diagnostic or specialty medicine clinic or the emergency room at a hospital. Many patient appointments can be held by phone or through virtual care so call ahead to your doctor's office to find out how to get the care you need while keeping everyone safe.
Don’t let health issues become bigger issues
Many of our patients deal with chronic illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer, or need important vaccinations to protect their health. If you have any of these conditions, or any health issues in general, it’s important to work with your doctor to prevent further complications that could become dangerous or even life-threatening. Your doctor will tell you if they need to see you.
Feel safe in our space
If we need to see you in person, we have new protocols in place to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. Clinic spaces, surfaces and equipment are washed down and sterilized multiple times a day. All personnel in the clinic observe strict physical distancing protocols, while also using the required PPE to keep all safe. Patients can also protect themselves and others by following Public Health advice to wear a cloth mask or face covering.
Emergency Rooms are Still the Safest Place for Emergencies
All emergency rooms have safety measures and protocols in place to protect patients coming in and the health-care workers who will look after you. Call 911 or go to an emergency room if you have an urgent health-care issue. It’s the safest thing you can do.
