Family physician Dr. Ken Shonk retired in 2007. During his long and successful career, he worked as a dedicated physician to his family practice patients and also pursued special interests in pediatrics and palliative care. Dr. Shonk is a highly experienced presenter having completed over 950 speaking engagements on the topics of physiology, biochemistry, classification, evolution, concepts and uses of humour in medicine.
