11th Annual Surgical Assistant Education Day

The OMA Surgical Assistant Medical Interest Group will hold its 2023 Surgical Assistant Education Day on June 4 at Humber River Hospital.

Members can choose to attend the morning sessions in person or by Zoom.

Hands-on workshops will be offered to in-person attendees in the afternoon.

All members and allied health professionals are welcome to attend this educational event.

Goal

To enhance the knowledge and skills of surgical assistants in order to improve surgical outcomes and provide a better understanding of surgically treatable conditions to family doctors and general practitioners.
