• Full conference — early bird rate $675/regular rate $749
• Two-day delegate (Friday and Saturday) — early bird rate $555/regular rate $629
• Two-day delegate (Saturday and Sunday) — early bird rate $555/regular rate $629
• One-day delegate (Friday) — early bird rate $375/regular rate $449
• One-day delegate (Saturday) — early bird rate $375/regular rate $449
• One-day delegate (Sunday) — early bird rate $300/regular rate $349

Residents/medical students/retired physicians:

• Residents/fellows, medical students — early bird rate $125/regular rate $175
• Retired physicians — early bird rate $200/regular rate $275
• Assistants/RNs/pharmacists/RTs — early bird rate $175/regular rate $225

Registration rates do not include HST.

Regular rates will take effect on October 6th, 2023.
