OMA President’s Tour continues across Ontario

This year’s President’s Tour looks a little different, but it’s still on! I am touring the province virtually, and while I would love to see you face-to-face, I am hopeful that this way of engaging will allow me to see and hear from more of you.  

Also new this year, I will be joined by our CEO Allan O’Dette, Board Chair Dr. Tim Nicholas, and President-Elect Dr. Adam Kassam at each stop along the way. In addition, I have added a drop-in feature called the “President’s Lounge,” where I will be opening up the Zoom line 30 minutes prior to the event. This time is meant to give us an opportunity to have those casual, hallway chats we might have if we were holding this event in person.  

Please come ready to engage in a discussion about the future state of health care and how the OMA is:  

• Preparing for the next round of negotiations to get the best possible deal for doctors;  
• Advocating on your behalf for issues that are important to you and the profession;  
• Transforming to provide better value and services for your membership – no matter what stage of your career you are in; and  
• Prioritizing diversity, equity and inclusion.
