  • Director, Government Relations - Director Policy & Promotion
    The Director, Government Relations is responsible for directing the development, implementation, and evaluation of integrated government relations strategies that increase awareness of the physician value proposition with key stakeholders.The Director, Policy & Promotion is responsible for ensuring that the OMA is positioned to address health policy related issues by developing and leading all the OMA’s policy agenda.
  • Director, Insurance Sales - OMA Insurance
    The Director, Insurance Sales is responsible in conjunction with the Sr. Director for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives for Insurance Services, OMA/ OMA Insurance Inc., (OMAI) with a focuson building on and expanding the OMAI markets, products and capabilities.

  • Analyst - Negotiations & Implementation
    The Analyst, Negotiations & Implementation is accountable to the Senior Director and is responsible for research and analysis and act as an information source in the area of physician compensation with respect to contract negotiation and implementation, and the management of a variety of political/practice areas.
  • Project Manager - Business Transformation
    Reporting to the Managing Director, OMA Insurance, the Project Manager will deliver business transformation and strategy execution programs in alignment with strategy, business targets and KPIs.
