    The Contact Centre Manager will manage the operations of the Contact Centre in its responsibilities to receive and track inquiries by phone, electronic forms or by correspondence, and provide members with information related to all aspects of OMA operations.

    The Insurance Customer Service Administrator is accountable to the Manager, Service & Operations for providing customer service and product information to members of the OMA, NLMA, MSPEI, NBMS and DNS, and their families on OMA insurance programs.
