The OMA is seeking members to serve on Committees and / or Task Forces.
A CEO advisory Committee is a Board approved committee comprised of non-Board OMA members which reports to the Board through the CEO, on selected topics of interest to the Board.
CEO Task Forces are comprised of staff and members/non-members to assist on any matter related to the effective performance of the OMA and to inform the Board of their existence in a timely manner.
Each year, the CMA invites the Provincial and Territorial Medical Associations (PTMAs) to submit nominations for elected positions with the CMA. Certain positions are based upon a specific geographical representation. The OMA will submit its nominees to the CMA, who will then elect members to its committees.
