Proposed Federal Tax Changes
As the federal budget is being debate in the House of Commons it’s important to make sure MPs are aware of the concerns relating to the proposed tax changes.
Write a Letter to Your MP
Please take a moment to send them a letter outlining the impact these changes could have on patient care.

Elections 2018 - Not A Second Longer
The OMA has developed an election focused ad campaign titled Not a Second Longer. The election based campaign demonstrates the repercussions of the government’s poor decision-making by confronting long and painful wait times in Ontario.
OMA Election Platform: Not a Second Longer
OMA’s government relations department has developed a document for physicians to use while meeting with local candidates during the election and MPPs in the next government.
The final page of the 2018 Election Platform “Not A Second Longer” is a pledge that doctors can ask their candidates to sign. Our hope is that each candidate will commit to working with doctors and begin fixing the problems in the system.
