The Ontario Medical Association (OMA) is pleased to see the government is expanding access to greatly needed mental health and addictions (MH&A) services.

We hope this is just the start towards improving access to care within institutions and in the community. The OMA is actively working with members to prepare advice to guide further MH&A investments and policy decisions in 2019.

The OMA looks forward to engaging with the provincial government on this important issue to further identify MH&A needs across the Province and provide support in a collaborative manner.
