Joe Starr passed away peacefully, with his devoted wife, Bernadette, by his side. A man of great intellect, quick wit and warm heart. Loving father and father-in-law of Greg and Heather, Tracey and George, Matt, and Inbar, and Ryan and Jen. Dear brother of Naomi and Les Wittlin. Devoted grandfather of Zack, and Jade. Joe will be greatly missed by many loving cousins, friends, and colleagues at North York General Hospital. Memorial donations may be made to The Baycrest Foundation.
