The executive director/chief technology officer provides vision, leadership and accountability for the information technology strategy and execution at the association. They will set the agenda and culture for technology to enhance the member and employee experience, and support innovation and organizational strategy. Reporting to the chief financial and operating officer, and leading team of 30, the chief of technology will partner with the business to develop and implement a comprehensive IT vision, strategy and plan. You will identify IT and digital solutions and innovation to create value for members while modernizing the technology stack and operations.

The executive director/chief technology officer role requires a strong communicator and leader who understands and can leverage technology to advance overall organizational strategy and enhance the member experience. A relationship builder with the ability to forge consensus across a diverse organization, they bring a strong service orientation and demonstrated experience driving digital transformation. Your strong technical skills are complemented by your ability to build consensus and work collaboratively across a complex organization.
