- Advice, tips, training, and resources for using, acquiring or changing EMRs. Only OMD-certified EMRs meet provincial requirements for seamless access to:
- Dispensed drug info (Digital Health Drug Repository)
- Patient reports from hospitals and specialty clinics (Health Report Manager/HRM®), including eNotifications (ADT messages from hospitals)
- Lab results (Ontario Laboratories Information System)
- EMR contextual launch services such as OTN eConsult
- Quality improvement: The OMD Advisory Service Team can help you identify and address practice challenges and recommend improvements for CPSO and other quality improvement projects
- Education and training: Webinars, an annual virtual symposium in the spring, and annual in-person conference in the fall, with tips and hands-on demonstrations
- AI tools: Expertise in choosing, adopting, and implementing AI tools in clinical practice that meet your needs and the way you practice
- Peer support and mentoring: Our clinician Peer Leaders are super digital tool users who can advise and mentor you and your staff
- Digital Health Credentials / ONE® ID: Help to get a username and password to secure access to multiple digital health services offered by Ontario Health
- Complimentary online privacy and security training (credits for family physicians and specialists)
