The OMA Surgical Assistant Medical Interest Group will hold its 2024 Surgical Assistant Education Day on April 14 at Humber River Hospital.
Participants can choose to attend the morning sessions in person or by Zoom.
Hands-on workshops will be offered to in-person participants during the afternoon.
All members and allied health professionals are welcome to attend this educational event.
To enhance the knowledge and skills of surgical assistants to improve surgical outcomes and to provide a better understanding of surgically treatable conditions to family doctors and general practitioners.
