A man of deep intellect and kindness, Dr. Simeon was not only a healer but also a lover of classical music, which brought him great joy throughout his life. His appreciation for the arts, coupled with his commitment to his profession, made him a remarkable individual who touched the lives of many.
Dr. Simeon is survived by his loving wife, Susan, his devoted son, George, and his cherished grandchildren, Eleni and Constantin. He is also survived by his sister, Mary, who shared in his lifelong journey.
His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched, the wisdom he imparted, and the love he gave so freely.
