Only son of the late Harry and Gladys (Langridge) Lehman of Montreal. Attended Selwyn House School, Montreal and Trinity College School, Port Hope, Ont. B.A. 1949, MD, CM, 1953, and diploma in surgery from McGill University. FRCSC, DABS, FACS. Retired staff Surgeon and senior Surgeon, Royal Victoria Hospital, and associate professor of surgery at McGill University, and retired consultant surgeon at Groves Memorial Community Hospital in Fergus, Ont. Resident of Calgary, Alta., since 1997.
Dearly beloved husband of Jean Pickworth Mallory for 40 years. Survived by Jean's children, Barbara Paterson (the late Bruce), David Mallory (Debra) and Ian Mallory (Elena), all of Calgary. Grandfather of Claire, Charlie, Christine, Leanne and Lisa Mallory and Michael Paterson and great-grandpa of Grant and Jack. Beloved cousin of Blair Yorke-Slader (Amelia), Jenna and Eric Yorke-Slader of Calgary and of Neil Yorke-Slader (Aisling), Drew and Dean Yorke-Slader of Ottawa.
